This was actually AWESOME...watched it twice on a Redbox rental, two nights in a row. Will be buying when I get a chance; unfortunately, it's only available on DVD...

Brutal, unflinching and riddled with quirky British humor, this is Adkins at his best -- he plays a fighter (when doesn't he?) who was supposed to throw a fight for his crime kingpin badass brother but doesn't, leading him to a rabbit hole down which his life gets thrust from there on in. He's given another job by his brother to handle, but that too gets messed up, and he's thrown in the worst prison in the UK filled with rapists, murderers and violent bruisers...all who want a piece of him as soon as he arrives, for some unknown reason. The brutal violence Adkins' character endures in the prison simply hardens him to raw shoe leather, however, and he ends up being able to take out anyone who dares challenge him to a fight. The raw, visceral fight scenes in the prison reminded me very much of The Raid...

He ends up finding his way back to the brother that ultimately double-crossed him in a London pub, and he seeks his revenge with bare fists and double-barrel shotguns...it's a brutal though entertaining film from start to finish, and I highly recommend it.
