This beats it by the simple fact that, for me at least, this is the first MCU production to do some serious, artistic chances, not to mention the fact that, if the story points from this episode hold, this is a deep dive into the emotional arc of Wanda that started with Ultron and has come to a crossroads on this show. I mean, we’re in the middle of a full, character piece.

Was she lying when she said she did not do that. Because that played out like other shows when the ratings tank. Send in a new character to try to make the show relevant.

They did this on the Simpsons with Roy, who looked a lot like Poochie.

Also strange that she had them point their guns at Hayward, something is up with that guy.

For this part I think that is a distraction. If it is true and Wanda did not do it, she is going to get pissed and dispose of it.

It would suck if it didn't mean anything bigger like bringing other people in the MCU.

Permanent effect. Meaning, reality will continue to bend in the MCU (thus, Kang showing up). Fox's Deadpool and Sony's Electro are going to be in the MCU as well. That's not a spoiler. It's already confirmed.

Wanda is definitely not in control. You can tell because every time she tries to change something, nothing happens. Ex: the twins, the stork...etc.

I still think Mephisto is lurking.

Was not expecting Wanda to walk outside of the Hex, and straight up flex on the entirety of SWORD.

That was awesome.

No way is this her control though. Has to be a red herring. Although, it would be pretty cool and ballsy of Marvel to have Wanda make a villainous turn. Especially if one we can sympathize with.

But even without knowing the lore, I have to imagine Mephisto is the one behind all of this — and will tie into DS2.
