So ZOMBIE NIGHTMARE has been removed from Ronin’s site and is listed as “sold out.” What’s funny is Dark a force literally copied and pasted the listing info onto their own site in Ronin's typical format.

Even if point doom is bad it's got Diceman in it, which makes it good.

I liked Sebastian giving off a mean snarl when he shotguns people. He must have practiced making that face for hours in front of a mirror.

I just watched the trailer for POINT DOOM and now I’m amped, looks like a hilarious piece of trash. Richard Grieco, Ice-T and Andrew Dice Clay? Holy shit, what a dream cast.

But, given the few complaints visible on Facebook, I'm still wondering how the store is still open. Did people not notice it went up? Does everyone have Dead Pit already? Is a second pressing viable, with another 1000 willing buyers out there, when there are still copies of the first 1000 up for sale and a deficit of willing buyers for them?

So I'm not sure that I should admit this but... The Slipcover on Dead Pit is actually pretty cool. A kind forum member helped me to obtain a copy this last week and it just arrived today. I enjoy a nice slipcover but it's rare for me to really consider them anything too special. With that said, this might just be my second favorite one I now own. (The Babadook book pop-up version being my favorite).

The "Super ultra limited edition" marketing took things a bit too far (I feel that the over the top marketing actually hurt my interest if I'm being honest) but truth be told this is a nice slip that does deserve a bit of praise as the glow feature does work remarkably well and is a neat feature (to the point where yes, I am considering displaying it facing outward moving forward).

Was the price I paid worth the total value? Having not yet watched the film I can't say for sure, but my guess is still a firm no... but it's the fun trinkets that make physical media and film collecting so much fun and provided that the film doesn't completely leave me unimpressed, I'm thinking that I'll be quite happy to say that I own this film and this edition.
