I played around with the Timur's Lash for a while last night. Am I wrong, or is this the only weapon I have that will stun a level 28 Cabal Phalanx and make him lower his shield?

I set it as high as it went. One hour for that seems right, but that would still have been 1:30-2:00. I think that's a similar rate of glimmer accumulation as the Hive majors. I also think it's not much different than the relic iron circuit in the Buried City, with all of the chests that usually have 30-40 glimmer and which also give you relic iron. And it would have been just to have the gauntlets, which were not statistically much different than the gear I already have. The titan already has VOG gauntlets and exotic gauntlets. I only really needed the boots from IB.

I wanted that nice Cloak because Donald looked like me and you were all calling us twins. We both at the time had chatterwhite, and the Strength of the Pack Cloaks, so now I just sport the Raid cloak for my Hunter and a blue shader to look different.

Btw, Donald barely plays and he got his final Raid piece when we played Sunday.

Yeah, Casual may be setting up something too. I appreciate the willingness to help for sure!

Last night was still fun, but the game was against us. Bungie was Rick rolling us. I am not sure if me being a 29 was a detriment, but the Oracles in the portals were just not going down easily.

I have Corrective Measure almost fully upgraded so that will help. I need something stronger than Doctor Nope as well. I absolutely love the gun, but the Oracles were really a problem when did not have 2 folks shooting at them at a time.

The bad thing about last night is I ran out of heavy ammo, so it was getting worse after the first few tries. We got him down to half, and then it went pear shaped.

I would be down to try a hard raid... just hit level 29 two days ago. If you are taking volunteers, anyway.

Corrective Measure (Void) is my go-to weapon in the Raid!

Yeah I was happy to seem him half way done, then....

Just weird stuff happened. Dying instantly in a portal, the protective bubble after coming out of the portals just disappearing. Oracles spawning crazy fast. Praetorians not taking damage, etc...

Corrective Measure is awesome, and I have the oracle perk on as well. It just chews through ammo. I will buy a stack of ammo synths for next time.

I'd be happy to help out later in the week as well. Besides all the family time and eating during the day on Thursday, I should be pretty much open for anything after that....if anyone wants to practice the normal raid or have a go at the hard, just let me know.

I would be willing to give the hard raid a go if there is an available spot and depending on the time. Blu-Benny might want to try too but I think he has a busy week.

The CM is my favorite LMG. I used to used The Culling but the CM puts it to shame IMO.

I got great news. My mothers side of the family apparently didn't feel the hospitality last year and have decided to start having their own gathering. That cuts my group down to @ 30.
