In the comments it's admitted that there are still 98 copies of Dead Pit they are holding onto in order to bundle it with BREEDERS and GATES OF HELL".
I would say I am shocked but this is pretty typical of them. |

It's a Paul Matthews film. I've found that the people I pushed them on either liked them, without quite being able to explain why, or really, really didn't. So, yes, there are quite a few people I know who genuinely enjoyed Breeders and Berserker, Hooded Angels, Merlin and, even, Grim.

DF is taking a beating on Facebook with that latest post. And rightfully so.
All of this could have been avoided. Should have released the Dead Pit Blu-ray, ONE COPY PER HOUSEHOLD from the day one. ZERO BUNDLING. Instead had a deal where if you bought Dead Pit with any 1 or more Blu from the store (insert % discount here) ... PERIOD. |

My DEAD PIT/POINT DOOM bundle showed up today, except I got ZOMBIE NIGHTMARE instead of POINT DOOM. I emailed Dark Force and asked them to send me PD, and if they want me to send back ZN to send a UPS return label and bubble mailer. I have the feeling that PD will be a more rewarding trashy experience than ZN. Anyone else receive an incorrect title from Dark Force? If so, did they require you to return the incorrect title?

You don't really know that. It's purely conjecture on your part. Perhaps if they sold one copy per customer, skipped the bundles, and had the store open all the time they'd have already sold out of Dead Pit. My guess is as good as yours.

I will say that I’m extremely impressed with the customer service I just received from Dark Force after getting ZOMBIE NIGHTMARE with my DEAD PIT bundle instead of POINT DOOM. Within an hour I had an email response saying it would be handled immediately, then half an hour later I got another response saying they’d just shipped me PD, nothing about me needing to return ZN. Thank you, Dark Force. I absolutely like to give credit where credit is due. Now, please keep your store open 24/7, limit purchases of sought-after limited editions to 1 or 2 per person, and let each release sell on its own merits instead of forcing customers to buy a title they don’t want in order to get one they do want, and I’ll sing the praises of Dark Force from the rooftops.
