I took Woo and Rambeau’s more as a playground argument instead of actual knowledge. We all know the end because we saw it.

But considering someone, someone(?), SOMEONE(?!) had to write an after action report. Because that is a huge event plus the Sokovia accords plus Lagos plus the blip plus whatever else happened... accountability is important.

So I assume they read the report(s) as part of their research for this assignment. Hence Monica’s resentment as she realizes Captain Marvel was not there during the penultimate battle that lead to the blip. Thus

[Show spoiler]She is not there to say goodbye to her mother.

Oh and she is dead so was reunited in some way with her mom but then Captain Marvel shows up to help undo the blip. Thus bringing her back confused and lost then finding out she her mom died. Because everyone who returned only has the memories from right before it happened.

Yeah, she is not happy with Captain Marvel. And the solo film
did showcase Danver’s shifting ethics too.

[Show spoiler]So this show is gonna end with her cracking the multiverse completely. Then have Spiderman be it's own self contained episode with spidey in NY dealing with all the other spideys and villains just showing up. Then Dr strange will be him helping her fix the multiverse with a ton of other cameos from old movies. And the movie will end with them succeding but a lot of new characters will be popped up in the end in the mcu universe with the Xmen and FF being the biggest.

This works well. They can cherry pick a few fox favorites still at the right age to do it and that people liked -Evan Peters, Ryan Reynolds, maybe even Macavoy and Fassbender and most hopefully Kelsey Grammer Beast) and then have all new cast. Maybe have the mansion appear with a bunch of young Xmen (Cyke, storm ect) then cut to the baxter building and 3 new Fantastic 4 characters appear and then Chris Evans as Johnny Storm walks in as the 4th. BOOM.

[Show spoiler]There have been reports that Chris Evans is returning to the MCU so it would be interesting if it's as Johnny Storm. Although we'd probably have heard about the rest of the original FF cast by now as well. I'm fine with seeing Xavier and Magneto back again, but the rest of the X-Men should be recast especially since the young actors weren't really that great and I can't imagine any audience demand for Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, and Alexandra Shipp as Cyclops, Jean, and Storm. I'd feel differently if it was the original X-Men cast like Hugh Jackman and Famke Janssen, but even then, Halle Berry needs to go lol. Totally miscast as Storm.

Look back on this thread and see how many wanted to binge watch this. It would take away from the purpose and kill any real shock value.

Even some Netflix programs can benefit from being released weekly instead of all at once.

[Show spoiler]Having multiverse versions is one thing for a stunt thing like this, but I do not want anybody from outside of the MCU to become part of the MCU full time... and I don't think Marvel would want to constantly have it compared to what more or less was an "inspired by" franchise in terms of Fox's movies if they were to bring those existing incarnations in full time. Deadpool didn't really exist in a shared universe, so he could easily be introduced in whatever way they need.

Though I do wonder if how they're going to get away with Daredevil having a rebooted storyline to retcon The Defenders is to have it not be the same version from Netflix while keeping the same actor.

I don't want the vast majority. Most of them are too old or not very good representations

But universally despite misteps people liked
Evan Peters
Chris evans as Johnny
Kelsey Grammer as Beast
And Ryan as deadpool.

And most everyone liked the defenders casts and shows. All those can get displaced into our universe fine.
