Yesterday received Viva Zapata, Last Tango In Paris, Zorba the Greek, Terms of Endearment, Black Swan and Witness. Unlike the last batch which were swimming around in an oversized envelope, these all came secure in a cardboard box and despite all being in eco cases were absolutely pristine. I found it amusing that after the recent flareup of controversy over Last Tango and all the people selling it at inflated prices for the panic buyers, that I snagged a brand new copy for a grand total of 35 cents Canadian.

Who ordered the most during the boxing day glitch?

I ordered 90. About 30 of them I shipped to a friend as Christmas gifts.

23 have not yet shipped.

Haha, I'm with you on this one... I ordered 9 and I thought that was pushing my luck. Mind you, they were all titles I had my eye on the past few years, and finally was able to pick them up.

Found a member's eBay store. Most of the recently added titles were from this and they had 10 available on each.

Won't promote it.

(I ordered around 35 for myself. Only a couple doubles for friends.)

Same here. Haven't received a single one yet, so it's sad to hear about some greedy people ordering multiples and already selling them.

43 of my 96 have arrived. About 20 say they will be delivered tomorrow or Saturday. More on Monday or Tuesday. Probably 20 still not yet shipped (specifically Chinatown and Death Wish).

Many will go back, specifically anything that cost actual money that end up as duplicates. Some will go to friends. Probably take the rest of the dupes to the library.

Trading Places, Vanilla Sky, Death Wish and Naked Gun 2 all shipped out and should arrive tomorrow. Oddly enough, Naked Gun is shipping out separately but they're all via amazon's own courier service.

26/27 now with only Once Upon A Time in the West still pending.

Finally. After logging a complaint at CP a few days ago, received 3 packages.
Still don't know where my missing 5 are. I'm guessing a neighbor got them since I received another neighbor's mail too.

I have 8 of 29 left.

I was shocked to see Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a Criterion title.

I thought I was pushing the limits with my 20 or so. Wanted to keep it reasonable so they had a better chance of getting through. Plus didn't want to bother with duplicates. I'd feel scammy getting a bunch of duplicates to trade in at the used blu store.

It's a budget Criterion found in Giant Tiger bargain bins. I traded mine for $4 after watching it once.
