Got Exorcist II on at the moment. Now i've never owned it before on any format or seen it before. The tranfers clean and theirs a fine layer of grain also its a tad soft but i'am guessing thats the style and how it was shot. It dos'nt look as good as the The Exorcist.

They are.

Exorcist III looks good. Theirs still room for improvement mind but its the best its looked. Colors are better and natural the blacks are black theirs some fine grain in some scenes. Close up detail is good and you can pick up a alot more set details now.

Damn that's a screw up, that tint was not originally there. I wad hoping it would be fixed.

Well the answer to that question is going to depend heavily on how bad you want the other films in the franchise. Personally, I think it's a decent price to pick them all up, and I actually really liked Dominion, so I can't wait to see that. Exorcist III is spooky as hell too, so, that's going to be worth a watch as well.
