The part where he says "there wasn't much" has me concerned that the rumor is right.

He also confirmed that the new films, Drive-In #6 Gates/Psycho and Breeders arrived today, which is why they closed the store down earlier, to enter the new items, and re-open later.


EDIT AGAIN:

The video clip for Breeders was uploaded in 480p. I can't get it to play in HD. In contrast, the MMI clip was posted in 720p, as was the Psycho From Texas clip. Where PFT showed great improvement in picture overall but only some improvement in clarity, nowhere near the clarity of a great HD presentation, but acceptable given the source material and restorative work, the Breeders clip shows a slight improvement in quality, the black-levels, clothing and skin tones, delineation between similarly-painted backgrounds, over my DVD, but no clarity improvement, owing to the 480p clip. I find this ever so slightly irritating and conclude that I need to learn to be more patient. I'll update when the store opens.

The monster from Breeders looks cool but that’s all it has going for it.

I’m torn on the Drive-release. I feel like I’d ultimately be paying $40 plus shipping for Psycho from Texas and a slip :/

Thanks to Dark Force for putting the Zombie bundle back up on the store after my requests during the live streams. I've been trying to score Zombie Nightmare for a while and 50$ for both that and Dead Pit is a fair price.

DF admits GOH has lines and scratches (that's why they call it a Grindhouse print). If I balk at paying $39.99 because I mostly want it for PFT, do you think it'll be any cheaper later or get a regular release?

No, likely not. He never lowers the price and I dont think he release titles individually that are in the drive in bundles except for Chaos obviously. (At least I dont think so...)

Just picked up the DARK FORCE GLOW PACK-Blu-ray @$99.95

$33.32 each is fine by me, and I was in and out of the store in 3 mins tops.

My favorite of the 3, contrary to popular interest, was Breeders.
I love that movie so much.

Regardless I'm a happy camper now, been checking all day for the store to open...grrrr....

Do you see this selling out completely? If not, then the best scenario for me is to wait for them to bundle it with something else I want.
