can anyone please confirm the aspect ratio for this title please? The packaging says 1.85:1 but it was shot closer to 2.35:1 (2.39:1 apparently). Thanks

Yeah looks to me to be roughly 2.40:1.

Sepia opening is intact, image is pretty good for what it is, bit of digital noise there, but minimal DNR. DTS-HD MA and a 36.95Mbps bitrate.

I asked them on Facebook about House on Sorority Row and they replied:

Hi Jon,
It will be available next month (June 3rd) on DVD we've had a delay on Blu Ray hopefully it will be released 2 to 4 weeks after that.

Has it actually been released? Yes. In Australia. On DVD and bluray formats. From Cinema Cult/ Shock. In JB Hi-FI stores now!

Just checked my copy of Happy Birthday To Me

The picture breaks up for approx 30 seconds at the 50 minute mark.

This needs a replacement.




Edit: just tried my US copy, it doesn't have the same issue. Obviously an encoding error on CC part.

Yep starts at 50:17 and carries on til at least 50:32. Feckin rubbish.

I've posted a message to their FB page about the error, I'll update if anything comes of it..
