With how much Kong brought in, they'd be dumb to pass up a sequel to that film. Even if Kong died or something, they could do a 90's era Skull Island 2 or something.

- That "Gigan" in the Rodan pic is just a human in a bird head dress. There are several worshippers pictured in similar garb. He is posed like Gigan though, which may be intentional.

- The cave drawing of Mothra has some design similarities with the first film's MUTOs.

If there's a trailer at SDCC, I hope it's released to the public this time. The original con teaser for Godzilla 2014 has still never been released, on the Blu-ray or anywhere, and it featured a totally different monster!

Great stuff. I loved that Kong fans were spoilt with how much of the kong-beast (sorry, that's a ZX Spectrum call-back) we got to see. I wanted to see Kong kicking arse on HIS island, and we got that! And discovered he likes seafood.

I find it really odd that they only put that multiple leged monster in there just for that quote from Robert Oppenheimer about Vishnu.

I agree-that was an epic teaser! Too bad it never made it to the blu-ray, but here's hoping it will be on the inevitable 4K UHD next Spring!

Reminds me of a member here that wanted to see a sex scene involving two Kaiju's either in Pacific Rim 2, Godzilla 2 or King Kong Vs. Godzilla.

I don't remember who they are but thanks to them I had the image of Zilla and Kong stuck in my head for quite a while.... and now its back in there.

Didn't like the design of the 'Zilla MUTO. It looked like a leftover design from Starship Troopers with a bio-mechanical feel. Nah...
