It's true, though. They don't care about PQ/AQ whatsoever. And with their treatment of Cowboy Bebop it shows they'll ruin the source to make what they consider an improvement.

Viz retweeted this post from October as soon as the streaming announcement was made. Probably just a coincidence but something to consider. Viz has been shown to have a relationship with Netflix already - Castlevania and Blame! have been/will be released by Viz on Blu-ray.

So the question is will Netflix be getting the HD masters and will the old dubs be included. I am hopeful.

Ugh, I don't trust Netflix at all. Hopefully this won't negatively affect any future proper BD release in the West. Either way, I need to sell my Paul Champagne box containing the Perfect Collection DVDs and my D&R + EoE box sets soon to get some Christmas present money...
