Sucks about a longer wait, but good on them for being willing to do more work for better quality. If they are going to do all three, i hope they do singles and a box set like they did with the Conan films. I just really want a big box of the first film with the OG poster art.

Awesome they confirmed all three. Tho hope they give us options, I don’t need the sequels in 4K, but the first is a must have. Still those who want a trilogy boxset deserve that option.

Let Arrow cook for as long as they need too. This trilogy deserves the red carpet treatment and thankfully Arrow is providing that. Hopefully FiM is involved with the dish too.

Damn that really sucks. Was really hoping it would release soon. This is one I'm going to be impatient with, because it should have been done years ago.

I'm glad arrow is taking their time to make this release feel as awesome as it can be, but now it makes me wish they never sent that post teasing turtles well before they were actually gonna release it. Now I'm kinda impatient because of that post

They could do what shout did with their 4k of killer klowns from outer space and put "35th anniversary" on the cover despite it coming out on its 36th anniversary 👍

Third one is charming. Samurais and Ninja Turtles? Awesome.

I’d prefer a two-film box set without that third abomination, but I’ll live lol

Hopefully all 3 can purchased separately for that.

Yeah, ideally, they do what they did with the Conan films, and do three individual hardbox releases, plus one deluxe LE with all three.

My hope as well. I was mildly annoyed they put out the Dollars Trilogy as three separate releases and no boxset option. Sometimes I want a boxset, sometimes I just want one or two of a series, it's always good to give the fans options. Especially if each will sell well on it's own.

That said, I don't think the third turtles movie would sell well on it's own. Most people won't want it and those who do will likely want the boxset. I could see Arrow only doing a boxset to try and make up for costs for whatever is done for that third film, but I think enough fans would buy a boxset that doing at least a standalone release of the first would still result in both selling well.

They weren't allowed to do a set.

Probably just the first for me. I loved Secret of the Ooze as a kid but it’s pretty rough. I could enjoy it somewhat just from childhood nostalgia. I don’t think I could sit through the third movie again. It’s just awful and the costumes look like Chuck E Cheese animatronics. I was growing out of Turtle Mania by 1993, but the movie being terrible didn’t help.

That’s a insult to Chuck E. Cheese animatronics those animatronics aren’t as bad as the turtles 3 ones.

I'm glad they did it so we can put our worries about "who's putting out the 4K" to rest. I'd rather have solid, official confirmation that Arrow's restoring it than twiddling our thumbs and being worried that it'll just be a sub-par studio catalog release.
