I said it last week...when LSU came that close to beating Alabama I lost any belief in the un-beatability of Alabama this year.

Now 'Bama will probably come back and win this game. But the praise being heaped on them based on playing Nobody University week in week out was pretty ridiculous.

And the claim that Alabama had a shot against a NFL team? Looks even dumber. And it was already near the height of idiocy.

It will, unless, god forbid, Duke wins and then Miami beats Duke... then if Miami bows out (with UNC already out), we could have a 3-way tie with Duke, GT and VT all at 4-4 in conference.

wasn't this team like the worst in the big 12 (along with Baylor beside last year) for the last 20 some odd years? then first year in SEC they beat the defending national champs - IN THEIR HOUSE - with a redshirt freshmen? what a wacky world we live in!

i almost feel bad for the A&M QB (Manziel right?). he's probably never gonna be a hotter commodity than right now / this season and he can't enter the draft lol (saying this believing they have to play 2 or 3 years, unlike college b-ball)

if people wanna hate my coach, then so be it. i have no desire to get into a squabble/disagreement with someone over what they think about my coach.

this loss sux and it hurts, big time. we didn't play our game and aTm just wanted it more than we did.

congrats to them and their fans.

but i definitely DO look forward to going against their team and their great quarterback again in the future. they are a good team and have shown the world what they're capable of.

Manziel is a tough guy to contain and he's a very smart player. he seems to see the whole field at once with one quick glance. but the only way to beat someone like that is to keep playing them. which we will do the next 2-3 years. you can only be the best if you beat the best.

but next week is another game and i'm gonna be up for that one just like i've been up for every other game since i've been a fan.....which is a long time.
