It is indeed.
I remember being so happy when I scored the older set (and without Skyfall) for $80 at the Sony store clearance when those were going for $200+ online.
At $60, it's a no brainer even if you're not a huge 007 fan.

Amazing deal! I paid double for the 50th anniversary set and I still feel I got good value. The transfers are excellent.

The white box set on sale for $59.99 does NOT come with digital copies.

However, the black box version on sale for $89.99 DOES come with digital copies as well as a bonus disc with more features including the documentary Everything or Nothing as well as a mini poster book.

You could probably sell the codes for $20 minimum which brings the cost down if you are only interested in the bonus disc and book.

Yep, I suspected and went and checked too, thanks. I'm going to support my local B&M BB first.

Maybe someday The Revenant 4K will drop in price too....

Still waiting for drops on the Revenant, Sicario and the Shallows myself. Refuse to watch any of them until I get them in 4K

Sicario is $19.99 at Best Buy in 4K...

I'd like to get The Shallows too myself. The lenticular from the US if possible.

All the listings on eBay for The Shallows 4K don't mention whether or not the lenticular slip is included, and not able to contact the sellers either because ebay says the sellers are "too busy" to receive messages

I've given up expecting lenti slips on 4Ks in Canada.

As for watching them, I'm watching the BRs with the anticipation of comparison when I get a 4K player

quick question for folks in the kno, since I'm not overly familiar with Shout titles

I'm wondering, the Pink Panther Blu collection comes out next week, I preordered it months ago in hopes that it would eventually drop in price. However its been sitting at 77.99 and that will likely be the price it ships at.

So my question is, do Shout titles ever drop? Like is it worth cancelling this order and seeing where the price is in like 6 months or whatever? Or is this likely as good as it gets? Its a fair chunk of change for 6 movies (I spent less than that for the Hitchcock Collection which was 14 movies)

Shout/Scream Factory releases are almost always higher cost per movie than major studio releases. That said Amazon.ca does do a sale every so often. Seems to happen about twice a year. They just did one in May.

For comparison sake, the similar sized Vincent Price Collection Vol 2 was $49.99 and Vol 3 was $39.99 during that sale.

That is pretty cheap for a Shout box set. It's $13 per movie which is a lot cheaper out of the gate than most Shout titles. It's also cheaper than what Amazon.com is currently selling it for. Guaranteed that as soon as the release date rolls around, it's going to shoot up to the MSRP of about $100. I'm sure in the long run you might luck out and get it on sale but it's not a studio release so it's not going to get dirt cheap like a Bond set would and there's always the possibility that it could go OOP.

It actually already dropped in price because it was more expensive than that and like you said, it'll shoot up again being a Shout release.
