I'd have a room that looks like a fallout shelter, or just build a HT in a FS...

That, to me, is a pretty classy way to theme an HT and still keep it livable.
Yep, seen it. He's actualy from Montreal same as me, keep hoping he will invite me for a visit one of these days. Very awsome setup.

It just occurred to me maybe the armor is on a mannequin and that's the reason for the particular pose.

I absolutely loved the Titanic(very classy) one and besides you don't have to hide in shame when you bring a girl home.

titanic looks OK but only 4 uncomfortable looking seats with 2 way off at a bad angle for AV.... that's not so good.

I would try to set that one up a little different. I'm really not into toys anyway but to each his own.

LOL - HAMPTON !!!!
you have a GREAT EYE for DETAIL

Indeed it is a female pose since it's a female mannequin :P

When I got the costume back in 95 - i needed a mannequin for display, turns out that MALE mannequins are built in the factory like 100 females to 1 male ratio, thus a used female mannequin = $200 compared to $1500 for a used Male mannequin. it was an easy decision and makes my friends laugh...

"Aren't you a little FIERCE for a stormtrooper?" LOL

one day. I may indulge in a mcho male pose. For now I have to spend it finishing the cinema/kitchen area. more pics when its 100% complete in a couple of months.

Frank.

Default screen pull

It's the most simple thing and allows me to keep my windows.
I should film a quicktime to show you all, it takes 6 seconds to pull the screen left to right and secure it in place (which tightens it)

its no more hard work then pulling a blind over a window.

I'm an old guy and I also like listening to music so the Titantic would be the best one to me.

Those seats can be moved - and for a music session that's a plus.

Somehow I missed this thread until now, but WOW those are some unique setups and themes! I especially like the batcave and bridge of the Enterprise, but all were very nicely done.

Well at least they have put some effort into it. Other than Mr.6million throw the speakers and amps into the room with one tiny sofa! Don’t bother about the rest of the details, no one well notice.

If these rooms cost less than £50 grand well done!

Yeah I kinder noticed it myself and I would feel slightly uncomfortable with those objects hanging down near so near to poking your eye out! Plus it be havoc for sound in that room. The walls are odd shape no its not for me.

I’d sooner keep it simple yes acoustics are important and all those rough random walls isn’t going to help. Are they absorbent its hard to tell with the low light level?

It’s no worse then Mr.6million with the amps scatted all around the floor. Wow if you where trip over your in BIG TROUBLE! You’d fall and possible yes possibly clip your head on the edge of those amps and your in hospital emergency with a fractured skull and splitting headache!

Honestly though, I wouldn't want any of them. All to gaudy and a bit ridiculous. To each their own though. I find cars that are customized to be ridiculous too.

When you think it's too much, it's probably too much.
Let me guess? It’s a Transformer LOL
