I'll be the first to admit that Blair Witch Project 2 was one of the few films that really creeped me out. It's not a very memorable film, especially for anyone well-versed in the genre, but something about it was quite chilling.

Without a Clue (Michael Caine, Ben Kingsley) - Sherlock Holmes spoof in which Watson is the genius and Holmes is just a bumbling actor.

Love it. Quite funny, and just a good, fun movie to watch. Not too popular this side of the pond.

If you like Brendan Gleeson, you'll love this. It's the real-life story of Dublin's criminal Martin Cahil.

As far as recent releases, I would say Bone Tomahawk and Turbo Kid aren't getting nearly enough love.

Bandwagon (1996), a small indie flick with Kevin Corrigan and Steve Parlavecchio. If you liked 'Almost Famous', you'll love this one. Sad thing is I don't think it was ever even given a dvd release, just VHS. You might be able to find it on 'you tube'.

Would love to get a copy of it.

But I doubt many people have seen it. (Even though from what I've read it got high ratings when on tv)

There's some faith-based films I like, based on novels by writer David Gregory. Its called the "Perfect Stranger" series, currently including four movies and the original 3 books. Here's the trailer, for the original movie...

Here's a few that I get blank stares from when I mention them to people:

All the Pretty Horses
The Apostle
Black Narcissus
Breaker Morant
Eye of the Beholder
Hard Eight
Little Voice
One Man's Hero
Rogue Trader
The Cake Eaters
