I think her name was Stephanie Birkitt. So if some girl said no, what might happen? You can't say it is merely consensual when he has power over them. We aren't talking about people he met outside the workplace. Many places have rules about co-workers dating. If one is in a management position and the other isn't, or if one is directly superior to the other (meaning line of authority), then it is forbidden. How much more obvious could this be? I don't think anyone disagree with you there. He certainly shouldn't have done what he did, ethically, morally, etc. (Still don't think he's a "sexual predator").

Now, whether Burkitt ended up in skits as a result of having sex with him, or whether she ended up having sex with him because of the skits, who knows. But it certainly smells bad.

I use the word "predator" because of his position of authority. I don't think I used the term "sexual predator" which has a different use. I admit I was using a bit of hyperbole there.

The fact that it happened with more than one girl raises some questions. Perhaps "serial manipulator" would suffice.
