forgive me for posting the same post in two different threads but I need some help - I'm new to the forum and to blu ray dvds tbh. I ordered my copy through play.com and I have recieved it today but I can't play it! It gets to menu and I can't click on anything! It has a symbol in the corner that looks like a speaker with three semi circles. Can anyone help?

Is there a tech support section on this forum?

I'm interested in getting this one! But, how is FNAC with their packaging on international orders? Do they use bubble wrap and boxes? I tell ya, in the past I've had problems with dented steels during shipping from Amazon.fr. I would hate to go through it again.

Just received 7 steels from them, but honestly I'm surpised they got here perfect. They where all ( well that's 8 blus actually but ordered Crimson Rivers with it, great moie by the way

) just loosely thrown in an oversized box. Maybe the fact that it's Fed EX express that no damage happened. Shipping is blistering fast though (2 days)

Thanks for the info! Sounds like they don't use any cushioning for their shipments. But, then, they have fast deliveries which is encouraging.

not possible to watch the movie, movie don't start on my oppe BDP-83n on menu not possible to go on left or right or start movie

same problem on samsung 3600 player

but work fine on ps3

I've seen that SB at FNAC a couple of days ago and it looks even more stunning in reality than on the pictures...

Ok well, just hoping someone can confirm exactly the French version if it has both versions or not, and any extras including digital copy. Thanks.

Edit -- I got a confirmation from someone that has it and it does in fact contain both versions.
