Tried out the demo and it's got some sweet graphics. Driving the cars is so difficult though, I used to hate the old GT games because of that and this one is really no different.

I think racing wheel is necessary to drive really good in this game.

Germany race to top spot but there only by 1,000th of a second. One whole second covers the top 13 countries... But do remember, all you have to do is get to the top 20 or so to progress (there may be a few people under the age of 18!)

I loved that game. Got my platinum about a month ago But this is a whole new ball game, loving it tho, can't wait for the full game now

Maybe due to the button setup you're using. I sliding my @ss all off the track using as acceleration and for the break. Switched accelerate to R2 and break to L2 and was driving like a pro. what were you using, thumbsticks?

I agree, this is a driving simulator and it is hard to get the precision one would need to excel at this game using an analog stick.
Maybe that $500 racing setup I was looking at would pay for itself if I could shave off a few seconds?
