No not at all. First of all, the score is hardly their type of music, the true gems of that album are their songs but everything else is the traditional epic movie soundtrack, something Hans Zimmer would be careful. It had no identity to it, it worked well for the film but it could have been so much more seeing the force behind it.

I listed a link on page 2 with 9 of their songs from the movie. This is by far the most non-conventional music I've ever heard the Chemicals do and I've been listening to them since Exit Planet Dust. I loved Daft Punk's Tron score at first, but it's gotten a very bland on multiple listenings.

I have to see this movie.

[Show spoiler]but for me the most exciting part of the movie was the first 30 mins or so. after all that awesome training sessions, i expected more that just some generic actions from hanna, it was like i was waiting something brilliant to happen but there was never any. it felt flat, all the action sequences and the general direction never rised to the height that i had expected it to. it is a different kind of action movie, or the director just was not sure what he really wanted to do with it. some people left in the middle of it, i stayed put but it was highly disappointing, shame for such a great cast.

It was an interesting story but very predictable and formulatic, it's filmed well and the score is good and the acting is great but there's really nothing outstanding about it. I wasn't wowed about it at all, it felt like Wright wanted it to be a Lynch esque filma s you can tell by the climax and the way it ends but he should have just made his own film and the ending was pretty much terrible.

[Show spoiler]So you get to know this character and she wants to be normal but she just kills Marissa and that's it? Like some action movie, it would have made sense if she went back to the family that treated her well as that's what the film was building up towards and what are they still trapped in their containers It's just too much of an open ending, there really is no conclusion because the revenge plot took a backstep the story of Hanna.

Idk it was worth a one time watch but after that I really didn't care for it, to be honest I'm kind of disappointed.

ok, this movie sucked. i can't believe with the high rating. if you want a little girl with martial arts skill, Hit Girl from Kick-Ass does it 10x better. So the story was mehhh, hence i was looking for the action, still meh.

and from Finland, to Morocco, and she's German (?) and befriends an English girl (or Scottish, or whatever), it's too much!

[Show spoiler]I like how there wasn't a solid black/white between good and evil in this movie, but the rest of it was very conventional and predictable.

As for super spies, they did alot of clumsy things. The guys who followed Hanna in the RV couldn't have been more obvious. Despite all her training Hanna was wreckless throughout the movie. Yes I know shes young, but running around and partying etc?

The villains were weak. They put up little fight before getting killed. And turning Marissa into a complete monster by committing senseless killings like mindlessly firing into a car carying Hanna who she wanted alive, as well as killing the grandmother for no reason other then to make the audience hate her.

Its not a good sign when I can say "that guy is going to die" as soon as I see him and I'm right.

And the movie wrapped up too quickly. Very unsatisfying and corny ending with the "I missed your heart" line. Yeah you basically shot her leg. No duh.
