Ok, ... my apologies to Rob Zombie if he did a good and honest work of art here with lots of talent and integrity. If so, let him prosper. For all I know he may even be a better film director than John Carpenter. My post was aimed at Hollywood procedure in general. Too much commercial and debased pc garbage coming out of that place.

Zombie might be a bad writer with terrible cliche white trash dialog (I still dig it lol) but he is a very talented director with a great visual style. His Halloween films are very well made on a technical level.

So, a movie (and it’s director) makes big swings and gives us something very different, and you are complaining about the Hollywood procedure? You just aren’t making sense.

Sometimes, it’s best just to say nothing.

Rob is good with directing but poor at writing.

Plus Rob, can you stop casting your talentless wife in every movie you are a part of! she cannot act, she's awful and that's why studios won't hire her for other movies.
