You've done quite a bit of upgrading this year though...speakers, sub. You did good and the setup looks and must sound great! Even better when the fronts get there.

Do you use any type of external phono stage with your Hitachi TT?

I imagine that after i receive my M80's , my system will be kick A$$ .

I have the TT hooked directly into the My 1800 .

Are using one ?

The only other upgrade next year will be an OPPO .

No, will be running the TT straight off my receiver as well. But plan on getting one for sure.

The OPPO is a good choice. Might sell my PS3 and put the cash towards an OPPO.

I know but for some reason I just can't handle it anymore. I'll try an online demo to see how I am. I love racing games as well and remember a few Monaco races (very scenic and curvy) in F1.

I hear now that the Olymbics (old bic commercial) are over i hear there maybe another to replace Edmonton or plus Edmonton

Unfortunately since Molson's stopped promoting the race here it kinda went down hill.

Canada Ok im done for now !

Unless i win the lottery or get a huge raise at work' i am done purchasing audio gear for the remainder of the year .
Here is the latest Purchase which are the Axiom M80V-3 .

When i visited the Axiom plant at the end of June to listen to the M60's and M80's' i was worried that they would be on the bright side but that could have been the configuration they had or the room acoustics .

First impressions are they they are very smooth and i have my Yamaha set on pure direct as the sub is not needed .

The bottom end goes low and is very tight which is what i look for in a pair of stereo speakers and its probably why i held off for so long to finish off the speaker part of my home theater .

I have listened to quite a few pair of speakers along the way , some good and some not that great for allot more money .

I am sure i will be happy with these for a very long time .

Rob
