I got it from Borders.com last week, I used one of the coupon codes and got it for $22.

i'll go out on limb and say this is probably pretty easy to find at pawn shops and places with preowned BD's, since i bet many people bought it expecting more of a gorefest. I've seen it at Hastings under $20 before.

Funny side note. I watched Grumpy Old Men last night and John Lynch (Arthur Leigh Allen) played one of the moving men sent to repo Jack Lemmon (John Gustsfson). I don't think I noticed that the last time I watched GOM.

Fantastic movie. One of my favorites. I didn't know the blu-ray was hard to find. I've had it for a while now.

Well, truth be told, this so-called "Director's Cut" of Zodiac is only a few minutes longer than the theatrical cut and is not Fincher's original cut of the film (which was over 3 hours). There are brief clips of some of the deleted scenes in the making-of documentary included in the bonus features, but these scenes really should've been included in their entirety (if not in a longer version of the film). I'd love to see Fincher's original version, but at this point I doubt that a reissue will happen any time soon.

anyone want to trade my HD DVD copy of it? I got it on a trade, but after viewing the movie, wasn't something I'd want to watch again. Mine did not come with original cover art and is the Directors cut, but one disc only.

Oh man, this thread is a great reminder that I definitely needed to get this.

But those blu-rays are sounding a touch pricey. So I'm going to be quite happy with the HD-DVD version I just scored on ebay. Can't wait to see this!
