im also glad to see this is coming out on blu ray. im taking it i might as well order it because i have a feeling it may be hard to find at first like a few of the recent releases have been.

I love this film and with Back to the Future also out soon its a great end of year blu ray fest for Michael J. Fox fans.

I remember there was 2 different transfers for this movie on dvd one much better than the other so i hope they use the best master possible not like flash gordon where the U.S release looks much better than the U.K

It's now a month until it's supposed to be released and still no pre-orders. No news at all on this from Blu-ray.com. I betcha this wont be released on time. Universal did the same thing with Tremors earlier this year.

I really hope it comes out. Universal has slowly been releasing their HD-DVD catalog on BD and I didn't expect this one to get released for a while actually.

I was so excited... but hopefully it's just being pushed back and not canceled.

A month out and still no cover art on this site gives me doubts about this release. I'm sure the cover art will be pretty much the same as all of the other formats.

Its being shown on Cine A Max on Oct 1 (10pm) and the 7th (6:05pm).

if you ask me this isn't looking good.I think it will come out eventually but whether it's on 26th oct remains to be seen.

Itappears that it's for pre-order only on Columbia House apparently.The OP's link mentioned something about CH so I logged into my account to see if it was on there, and voila....I registered just to be able to let everyone know this and I can't seem to figure out how to post this information (third time trying).

YAY it worked, must have been the link or something...

I've attached a screen shot of the listing in case my trying to include the link was not allowed or something...
