Recently gave away "Twilight" to my mom.

So I guess the next girliest movie I own is probably "The Craft."

As for the question

Miss Congeniality / Miss Congeniality 2: Armed & Fabulous
If those aren't considered girly movies, then that means I don't own any in my collection.

I am not afraid to admit i am a fan of Rom Coms. I have many in my collection and enjoy most of them. I love the following "girly" movies.

Valentines Day
When In Rome
Enchanted
Leap Year
(500) Days Of Summer
17 Again
Coyote Ugly
Failure To Launch
ETC......

I am not ashamed. I admit they are 99% of time really predictable but i enjoy them.

Is Casablanca considered "girly" simply because it's romantic?

The Princess Bride is not a girly movie. It is probably one of the manliest movies ever made. Don't let the fact that movie is about love make you think differently. Fencing, fighting, torture, revenge, giants, monsters, chases, escapes, true love, miracles. Sounds pretty badass to me.

I'm gonna say Music & Lyrics because my only other option is The Phantom of the Opera, and The Phantom is just too manly for that.

yes. And unlike most rom-coms, it's actually funny.

There is very stereotypical when you mention this.

I have few stereotypically "girly" films which my father got to appeal to those that like stereotypically "girly" movies.

I really do not like that classification at all, just because they made it appeal to women does not mean they should get that kind of blunt classifications. Films should appeal to everyone, both sexes

I would actually think a movie like The adventures of Robin hood or Iron man appeal more to women. Don't they like attractive and "sexy" men?

Mine is A Walk to Remember (2001)

That's about all I could muster at the end of the movie (embarrassingly, between a flood of tears - after all, a guy isn't allowed to cry, right?) I must admit - my skepticism was extremely high upon first hearing about this movie. I queried myself as to the necessity of watching yet another "teenage love story". However, upon a friend's recommendation, I decided to give it a go, and realized that I had actually come close to making a terribly big mistake in my life had I not watched it. The movie was simply INCREDIBLE!

The only one out in BD is Out of Africa.......but the transfer totally stinks, probably the worse ever.

My spouse loves the movie, that was our first movie we saw at the theater together. The photograpghy is equal to or superior to Dances with Wolves or Braveheart.........but the BD transfer??? well.....the original BD Gladiator transfer is far superior

Shame it is so RUINED in its transfer, the WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN, and unlike Gladiator, unlikely anytime to get a redo, anytime soon.

anyway the other two that I like are Steel Magnolia and Places in the Heart, but last I checked neither were out in BD
