Wow! A lot of you are die hard fans. I love watching movies too but not multiple times at theaters. Perhaps, I stopped going to theaters all because of blu-ray. My theater is in my house.

Man I wish I would've been older in the 80s. I'm 24 now, but I would've seen Predator, Commando, Aliens and other 80s movies multiple times

I saw "Forrest Gump" 9 times in the theater. I was in the middle of a nervous breakdown that summer, so forgive me.

I saw "Man on the Moon" 5 times.
I saw "A.I." twice.
"Unforgiven" twice.
"Bubba Ho-Tep" twice.

I think that's about it.

Attack of the Clones - 22
Phantom Menace - 21
Fellowship of the Ring - 17
Two Towers - 13
Superman Returns - 12
Revenge of the Sith - 10
Twister - 10
Return of the King - 10
Lost World - 8
Independence Day - 6
Matrix Reloaded - 6

Below that there's too many to mention. I rarely go see a movie twice anymore, even if I love it. I don't go to the theater much at all anymore really.

Jesus Christ.

I've never seen a film in the cinemas more than once. My parents did say they'd take me to see The Dark Knight a second time as they themselves thought it looked interesting, but they didn't. GAH!

Never ever saw a movie more than once at the movies. I just go once and then I wait for the blu-ray release if I liked it. Why waste precious money if after 3-6 months you can see it as much as you want on your home theater?

All the Star Wars prequels. All the LOTR movies.

The Aviator (saw it with a friend and loved it, then my girlfriend at the time wanted to see it as well).

The big screen experience just can't be rivaled. Maybe you come closer if you have a real theater set up with a huge screen and projector etc.

But as much as I like my 50" TV, it can't compare to the big screen. And I can't do much with the sound being a condo dweller and having to keep stuff pretty quiet.

That said, per my above post I still don't see many movies multiple times. But I also seldom re-watch things at home any more--which makes it feel pointless that I own 300+ dvds and 50 some blu rays--as I usually prefer to watch something for the first time from Netflix.

I had little to do and friends who worked at the theater. I'm sure you can figure it out from there.

Only Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. Went to watch it with my cousin when it first came out and then again with my mates. Usually, I'll wait for movie to hit Bluray.

Inception (2010)- 3
The Social Network (2010) - 2
Avatar (2009) - 3
Star Trek (2009)- 2
The Dark Knight (2008)- 3
28 Weeks Later (2007)- 2
Batman Begins (2005) - 2
King Kong (2005) - 2
Serenity (2005) - 2
Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005) - 2
The Ring (2002) - 2
Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999) - 3

28 Days Later and Moon would be in the list for sure, but on both occasions I caught them on the final week of showing. It's kind of a weird list. There's a few movies in it, I can't believe I watched more than once at the cinema and vice versa.

For some reason I ended up seeing Big Fish quite a few times. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (re-boot) was another I saw more than twice.
