Its all good man. Yea its films released domestically in the US in 2010. And yes u can edit your list all the way up until the deadline. I dont want multiple list as it is confusing and movies will get more points then they should get so please make only one list and edit it anytime your list changes. Got Em!!

Just thought I would throw this out there. I learned in film school that you when you refer to a film's year, it's the year that it was first released regardless of country. Technically the entire Millenium Trilogy is dated 2009 because that's when they were first released.

That may be true but thats why I was specific in this thread of what I was lookin for. That way it would be easier to figure out the year of the films needed for this thread. Got Em!!

How do festivals fit in that? I saw Stakeland at TIFF this past summer but it wont be out as a wide release until 2011.

Film festivals count, because that is when the film was completed and presented to an audience. When it receives distribution from a studio is a completely different matter. Example, if a film was premiered at a festival in 2009, but wasn't released by a studio to the masses until 2015, the film would still be considered a 2009 film.

Still haven't seen High School, Due Date or Tron yet, which would definitely be replacing a couple of movies on my list. I like how 9 of the movies I listed are comedies.

The Town and The Last Exorcism narrowly miss the list, and ask me on another day, they might make it. I've yet to see Machete, Scott Pilgrim, Frozen, Brooklyn's Finest, The Other Guys, Despicable Me, Daybreakers, Legion, Tangled, Mega Mind, Legend of the Guardians, 127 Hours, Robin Hood, Red, Blue Valentine, Cyrus, Resident Evil, and Animal Kingdom. (I think those are the only ones from last year that I wanted to see, but haven't yet).

I'd also have "..Dragon Tattoo" and "..Played with Fire" on there if they counted, but since they were originally released in 2009, I left them off.

Just a tentative list, need to see a few more (Black Swan, The Social Network, etc.). I feel like a loser putting some of these on there, but I've only seen 28 movies that came out this year, so I'm real limited in my selection.
It's okay bro. We don't judge.
