Thanks for the comments guys. Yeah I think its always inevitable about running out of room when your Blu-ray collection just won't stop growing haha a problem that just won't fix, I'm gonna have to get new shelves but I keep spending my money on Blus! Dilemma!

Haha thanks, and not all of them are there neither, I have a couple on order, some still waiting to arrive and a couple lent out. I'm catching up to you though, with your 199 (wow almost to that milestone 200, congrats!)

The Blurays stacked on top of Battlestar are my recent purchases, they get moved onto the shelves once I've watched them.

I can see your The Descent and I want to steal it hehe. Other than that, you have a fantastic collection, and I like your idea of not putting Blu-rays on the shelf until you've watched them, I should do that and it would motivate me to watch all of mine. There's still a lot of mine I haven't watched yet.

Also I love your shelves, I want some like that.

Wow! What a collection! I wish I'd picked one of those Planet of the Apes heads up from the work last year when they were £30. I'm a little bit envious now.... I think I'll wait a few years before posting my collection....

I do that as well. Do you open yours straight away or wait 'til you watch them?

I open them straight away to check the disc isn't cracked or just to check there's a disc in it! I received 'I, Robot' sealed from Play.com and there was no disc in it when I was speaking to them they said it's a common thing.

That's my worry about not opening them (as well as damage I can't see), I bought The Return of the King Sunday and it had a disc loose so I opened it to check (it was just the DVD and it was unscathed) the extra disc hub had pushed through the cover as well (I hate that). Most of the single disc cases you can feel the disc inside. I used be in a mad rush to open things but I've gone the other way now.

I just checked my I, Robot and there is a disc in there! It may be the wrong film - it's BD Potluck!
