It isn't really something when it just drops the price to be on par with other new releases (i.e. $29.99).

I know. They usually give $8 for new releases and $10 for upgrades. I wonder would we get a lower value one for The Incrediblea.
Wait if you can but you will probably end up paying more in the future. |

Ya true... thing is I've stopped paying over $20 for new blu's. In the past, all Disney movies have been $19 or under with the coupons, and I didn't mind paying that at all....
So this $30 price tag is a little steep for me unless I'm buying some limited set. |

In fact, I have used Disney coupons for the IronPacks before. $5.00 is pretty small for a discount, not that I'm complaining though. There must have been some corporate decision based on the quick removal of the NAUSICAA coupon as well. Last edited by GreatGreg; 03-23-2011 at 05:30 PM. |

I have it preordered from Amazon with the $8 off, bringing my effective cost down to about $26. I'll still probably cancel the order since I can't bring myself to spend over $20 for a movie. Trading in over a hundred DVDs to Blockbuster for $4 each helped me put a movie's real worth into perspective.

I'm still sitting on my amazon.com order with:
Tangled 3D Blu-ray $29.99 Shipping & Handling: $7.98 Your Coupon Savings: -$8.00 ----- Total Before Tax: $29.97 Estimated Tax To Be Collected: $0.00 Import Fees Deposit $2.64 ----- Grand Total: $32.61 This works out to about $28.85 Cdn + taxes I'm not sure if i'll cancel it or not but I don't know of a better price in Canada yet. I wish I would have combined it with some other items to bring down the initial $5 of the shipping fee but the $8 deal was so long ago there was nothing else listed on amazon.com that would have worked. |

I can confirm that Rogers Plus is carrying the four-disc combo of Tangled. I just came back from picking up a copy for my brother.
![]() By the way, I was told by the male employee that I could use the $5 dollar off Disney coupon but that it wouldn't be applied to their special one day only price but only their regular price of $44.99. |

Do they have a limit on them? My brother and friend wanted me to pick them up copies as well. Gonna sawing by a nearby Rogers store on my lunch break.

I can confirm, Rogers is indeed selling the 4-disc for $22.99. But they are not accepting the $5 coupon from Disney.
So I picked up 2 copies, from Futureshop for $21.79 each, price-matched. ![]() Sent from my GT-I9000M using Tapatalk Last edited by tilallr1; 03-29-2011 at 04:34 PM. |

Same for me. Coupon was not accepted. As others have stated, they don't appear to have the 2-disc version in stock.

TRU didn't have a good price for this release, so you didn't miss anything! I think they were the highest out of all the stores in my area, but I don't remember the prices.

Does FS and BB have their own special coupon or will the regular one off the DMR site suffice? |

Confirmed here as well. Rushed to Rogers and got their last (and probably only) copy they had. Was tagged as $44.99, sale price $34.99. I asked the CSR if the 4 disc was on for $22.99 and she scanned and it was. Best CANADIAN deal out there (unless you want the BB plush, then it's a matter of personal choice).

Phoned Rogers and they said the Tangled 4-disc was at $22.99 today only. Went to Best Buy and price matched, showing them a printout of the Rogers web page and telling them that Rogers was selling the 4-disc at $22.99. They phoned Rogers to confirm but were reluctant to also accept the $5 Disney coupon. I told them they would get their $5 from Disney and they eventually relented, after a few trips back and forth to the manager. So it worked out to: $22.99 - (10% of (34.99-22.99) - 5.00 = $16.79 plus tax. Not bad! Forgot to ask for the plush toy. Oh well. Might sell the 3D Blu-Ray and Digital copy, since I only need the 2D Blu-Ray and DVD. No... that would be taking advantage.
