Fantastic Four, I think would have a fantastic animated film. Deadpool, Punisher, and the Silver Surfer. All of these would benefit from the awesomeness of animation

One of my favorites has always been Darkhawk... LOVED that comic but most people didn't, so I KNOW there is NO CHANCE of a Darkhawk film or even animated

I would prefer a live action, but with X-men & FF4 at Fox and Spider-man at Sony, I don't think we would get anything worthwhile. That would possibly throw a wrench into the plans for an animated feature as well.
