Picked up Jackie Brown and The Princess Bride today at Best Buy for $4.99 each. Add those to my list as well.

Edit: Damn you, Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I had done so well with not purchasing much of anything for a while (blind buys particularly). I ordered Let Me In for pickup from BB today, so my total has now been brought to 10.

I always wondered, what constitutes a blind buy?

Is it something you've watched before but didn't watch it on blu ray yet?

Generally, it refers to purchasing a film without having seen it before.

Seen it on blu ray or seen it at all. I've seen almost all the movies I have at one time or another. But I haven't watch them all on blu ray yet.

Typically I watch them within a day or two of getting them, most recently the Tree of Life.

All these...

I've already gone through the "Ip Man" movies (which were good), "Good" (meh, didn't care for it), "Death Race 2" (which turned out to be smashing), and two of those Elvira-hosted movies (so bad they're good). Not shown are the "Star Trek" animated series on DVD, "Slayers" Seasons 4 and 5 on Blu-Ray, "The Universe" complete set, "Spice and Wolf" Season 2, and "12 Angry Men" (a semi-blind buy; seen it before, but I don't remember it).

So that leaves...24 movies and 9 seasons of TV shows to watch.

There might even be other movies in my collection that I'm missing in this pile.
