The only TV show I watch on TV nowadays is Fringe.

For now Fringe is also the best and my fav

maybe Spartacus

Everything else that is great is currently on hiatus (Breaking Bad) or the latest season was a little subpar (True Blood, Dexter)

some honorable mentions

game of thrones, homeland, american horror story

they're all great but one 13 episode season is too early to call them best on TV
