Default Halloween II Picture Quality

For those that have asked about the picture quality of HALLOWEEN II,
You'll be happy to know I'll be spending next Monday night cleaning the existing HD transfer ... taking out all the dirt and marks on the film. So, the transfer will be better than the current BD.

No DNR I hope.

But IMO, Universal did a good job with Halloween II's Blu transfer, but it's nice to see you're going an extra mile to make it better, Cliff.

Just be careful not to remove all the grain along with it We don't want HII: Ultimate Hunter Edition

Yeah, a very natural film-like look is extremely important.

Why did the mods take Halloween II out of the thread title? Weird.

All the beautiful grain will still be there. This process only remove the dirt and scratches.

It's not very often that you see a double dip that's actually worth it. I'll be picking this one up, but I'll keep the other HII around because of Terror in the Aisles. Then there is Halloween III, which is truly a great movie in it's own right. I really hope they do a good job with the transfer on that.
