That's for you to investigate Mr Pants...

There's enough missing from the South Pacific 2nd disc that if ever I see the singular release going cheap I'll likely pick it up, and rehouse the second disc into the boxset.

Yeah, I like you already have the 2 disc Sound of Music, not bothered about West Side extras, but will pick up South Pacific at some point. There's a lot on the second disc not to be missed. Particularly like the menu screen on this Blu-ray with the moving paddles on the right. Cheapest new I found is Play.com, only £7.99. Might get it now...

The blu-ray reviews on this site for South Pacific and Sound of Music list the disc extras individually. The review of West Side Story however lumps them together so here's what's on my 2nd disc from my US collector's edition;

West Side Story extras - disc 2

A Place for Us: West Side Story's Legacy - 29:28
West Side Memories - 55:55
Storyboard to Film Comparison Montage - 4:50
Trailers

South Pacific is a must buy for second disc, because there is a 14 minute longer second cut of the movie with commentary, a documentary of over hour and thirty minutes and loads of other stuff... Just bought it at Play.com £7.99 free postage.
