Never owned any of these on DVD or Blu-ray, so they're a "must buy" for me.

Im glad theyre being released in 2 steels, as opposed to 6. Im running out of room, as it is!

If it were individual cases for each one I'd bite.

It it were the unaltered original trilogy cleaned up for Blu I'd bite VERY hard.

Think I'll stick with my saga boxset for now...

I need to start earning money to buy these steelbook releases again

In a way, i'm always disappointed when there aren't individual steelbook releases. Might be a bit more pricey, but to me seeing all those great individual artworks is usually the reason i like having steelbooks from a franchise.

Trilogy steelbooks etc. kinda take that away from them imo. Cheaper to own, but just a little less special looking

You can pre-order these on Zavvi now. £40 each.

Might hold out for Amazon.

When Zavvi had Firefly up for £40 Sainsburys had it for £30. If the same thing happens with these then I'll grab them.

But the Star Wars steels aren't listed on Sainsbury's as yet, which is a shame.

So they look crap, are three films per box, are too expensive, I already have the boxset, I think I'll pass.

Yeahhhhh...I'm not paying £80 for the Star Wars films on Steelbook.
It's hard enough that the complete saga hasn't dropped below £50 since 2011!

Zavvi. Hangman. Hangman. Zavvi.

They need to really take a jump off a high building.

Doesn't help that the artwork is taken from the 8-disc box set, which looks like an eight-year old did it.

I don't think these will be all that popular except for the die-hard Star Wars fan.

Everyone who wants the series already has it by now. To re-purchase the entire saga at full retail for two mediocre SteelBooks is not worth it, IMO.

These look terrible. I mean the art is just awful, especially the prequel trilogy. It baffles me that the art for this and the box set is so bad, yet Star Wars has such a huge wealth of art. I would have gone for the original trilogy if the art had been in anyway attractive. Such a shame.

No thanks, just another attempt to bleed money for the same product. Now if the steelbooks had a rendition of the movie posters or just your basic black with the Star Wars title in bold yellow I would jump. Disney will release these in a new box set in a few years once they release episode 7. I have the saga bluray set and that's fine for now, even with the crappy paintings.
