Sainsburys Exclusive

Yep, definitely a lenti slip as I picked up a copy today too. Quite reasonable at £12.99 for a new release + lenti slip + exclusive extras. I rarely buy films on release - first in a long time! But I've heard good things and didn't want to miss the exclusive. Hope it doesn't let me down!

Got the Sainsburys edition for £12.99, for a new release that's a great price anyway, never mind one with exclusive extras.

Watched the movie earlier, it's terrific, and although the Blu-ray encode is clean and sharp there's some fairly severe banding throughout. For some reason this always seems to be the case with UK encodes done outside of the major studios.

[edit]I'll have to get the US one when the price drops.

Thank you. This plus the fact that I thought this would be Universal like it is in the States and therefore not region locked, I'll stick with a US edition.

Mines in the post. Is it a red amaray or blu? Just interested after reading a few posts back

I believe the Sainsbury's one is blue,ya can see the base of the amaray here from the last page,Jim Morrison's post.

Be sure that anyway watches the BBC doc about the real events that was shown last year - its was 60 mins..

It's just a pet peeve of mine I guess Council,I have been in the same situation many times and have then went back and deleted my 'late' answer(I'm not suggesting you do the same)

It just seems a waste of time reading through threads and seeing three or more posts in a row with the same answer,anyway rant over,have a good 'un'

I figure that having it there as a still that people can just look at, should put the question to bed.

One of my pet peeves is the same question coming up time after time as if the earlier answers aren't believed.

A reminder you want the BBC4 screening of this, as the BBC2 and iplayer versions are edited for language. Obviously they think being on BBC4 with its smaller more niche audience they are less likely to complain about bad language.

Yeah no doubt in a page or two someone will ask if the Sainsbury's disc is in fact a DVD and is such and such not actually included within the extras.
