Aliens (Zavvi Exclusive) (Blu-ray Steelbook)

I know some people don't like the third and fourth films and only the first two. But when Fox produced such a nice set with a chipboard box and it has EVERYTHING, including two bonus discs filled with additional content, I don't get why people would prefer steelbooks over the former. These steelbooks are OK but I prefer the full set.

Aliens is my favourite. I thought Alien had dated badly for a long time but I rewatched it recently and it's gone up in my estimation.

If you know that some people don't like the third and fourth films (someone like me) I fail to understand why you don't get that people don't want to buy two movies they don't like.

I like the steelbooks, I hadn't even heard of the four movie set 'with a chipboard box', and most additional content I watch once and never again. I suspect two steelbooks are going to take up less space.

Mine must have shipped with yours because I haven't gotten mine yet either. I'm in the middle of filing a claim for lost in the mail. Since its been undelivered for a month you should qualify too.

they are a pain to deal with which is why I avoid zavvi unless it's a disney/pixar steel no one else has

With all the 'lost' orders coming from Zavvi, im beginning to wonder, every steelbook order i've received from them came in a box that pretty much had the contents printed on the top of the box. Not very bright, but very tempting to would be thieves around the world working within the shipping community. I've had two 'lost' orders in the last 6 months, and im currently waiting on my potentially third 'lost' order thats been 2 1/2 weeks already. No order from Zavvi ever took more than 7 days to get to me, so i'm anticipating that order 'lost' as well.

Zavvi is actually pretty easy to deal with when it comes to things not showing up. As long as you tell them about it AFTER their "30 day" waiting period, and as long as it's not something that happens at a high rate to where they suspect you could be lying, they will happily ship out a replacement.

That's what I did, and I received my replacement just a few days ago.

One time it was at about 28 days and counting, and something didn't show. I complained about it, they asked me to kindly wait the requisite 30 days, and somehow after 1 or 2 days (I forget) it did in fact arrive. I've had stuff take like 3 days to get here, incredibly, and stuff take almost 30.
