Wife and I watched this last night for the first time. Amazing! I'm sure watching in the theater was crazy. On edge for pretty much the whole 90 minutes!

2D or 3D?

Rented it, the 3D was incredible. Bought it, but haven't had time to watch it with the wife.

McAvoy likes to scream a lot in his posters doesn't he? I'm surprised he wasn't screaming on the DOFP poster

Stupid work trip is taking longer than it was supposed to, so I won't complete the challenge. Though I was able to see both Days of Future Past and Godzilla again while on the trip.

Looks like this will be the last of it for me:

Pretty weird and amusing.

It has its moments.

Pretty decent. Story's not a big standout, but it's not like the older movies are much different; the execution is phenomenal.

I still prefer this over the first.

Pretty damn creepy stuff.

I love it. My parents hated it. So...crap.

It's alright.

It's alright.

It's alright.

It's alright.

Uuuugh, just a little short of 50. But that's what happens when you go on vacation to visit relatives and can't chose the movies to watch. But at least most of them fell squarely into good categories. Maybe I can get it next month.

How about two movies per every letter of the Alphabet? Since there are 26 letters, you can choose to either skip one letter or pick two letters with one movie each.

Just an idea.

Sure. Honestly, I'm up for anything....I hardly make 50. When the challenge us a little more complex than one's like this month, I will watch stuff I may not normally.

What about pick 25 originals and watch them and their remakes or reboot. Looking at opening Titanic and A Night to Remember, been in my collection for ages.

Thought about watching 2 movies for each letter of the alphabet, except Q and Z get one each. Went with something else.
so sure, let's do that. I'll go start it, unless anyone objects.

Posted a June Challenge. A-to-Z. Goal is two each, but if people prefer, I made the option to distribute the rest however you want as long as you watch at least one for every letter.

So I ended with 53 movies for May, though technically I didn't complete the challenge. I fell two short for the Family/Animated category.

I had to delete my last entry I had posted (Becoming Jane), because I added it as I started the film last night, but then fell asleep about a half hour in. So I can't really count it as watched. I'll just watch it sometime in June instead.
