Saw the movie today. Very good and up there with first class and X2.

Spoilers below.

But and a big but for
[Show spoiler] me is the fact it just does away with origins in some way, definitely x1 2 3 and possibly the wolverine, still not sure about that as in the future he has both sets of metal claws???

[Show spoiler]"Origins" was beyond cr*p, so I'm glad that Singer completely ignored it.
DOFP fixes some continuity errors, ignores other continuity errors, and creates a couple of new continuity errors, but it was still an excellent film.

Imo

[Show spoiler]it voids the other movies up to the wolverine and even parts of that as he has no real reason to be segregated from life..

It really has timecop'd us

It hasn't voided them because they still happened and Wolverine still remembers them. Glad that the film completely fixes The Last Stand mess and tells Wolverine Origins to go **** it's self....loved the film. My new favourite of the series now...........Bring on Apocalypse!

We've discussed the charges on his Zavvi packages before and he's put out the charges line by line. This is probably why no one has stepped up and done any Canadian GBs. Just sayin'
EXACTLY!! You know who has to pay whatever cudz happens to be charging? People who CHOOSE to. If you choose NOT to... great, but then shut up and walk away. You're done here.

He is the only one yes. There for they are no longer valid time lines. Look at back to the future. The alt 1985 is only remembered by marty and doc. And that is not a valid time line.

And if it's removed last stand it's removed the events up to that point. So they are no longer valid..

Hugh Jackman seems to be in a lot of X-Men movies.

I'm definitely going with this steel for now, as much as I like digibooks, that one just looks like an actual book with a blu-ray, plus the ratings logos on the spine kill it for me anyway. Hopefully Target will have an exclusive digibook.

No i usually dont either, but in this case theres a really nice digibook as well as a nice steelbook, which doesnt happen with too many films that often, Well, not many i like anyway. I dont do that often at all, last time was for The Hobbit AUJ, when Walmart did the Digibook(which i thought was awesome) and UK had the steelbook, which is one of my favorites.

I prefer the artwork of the steelbook from amazon-france - i just pre-ordered that one.

HMV's is pretty damn weak.
