I suspect that they'll stick with the Great Houses:

Stark
Lannister
Baratheon
Targaryen
Greyjoy
Martell
Tyrell
Tully
Aaryn

Though we've seen very little of House Aaryn and Tully, and the Great Houses have changed over the course of the series, with
[Show spoiler]House Bolton replacing House Stark as the Great House of the North and House Baelish replacing House Tully as the Great House of The Riverlands.
They would probably keep it like it was in the beginning of the saga.

The Targaryens are an exiled House, but they probably included them because they still play a prominent role in the series.

Yes, i agree , i dont think we will see minor houses like the freys and the boltons. I also think we will get a few new slips this season like stannis, tyrell or martell, but in the future there will always be a repeat or 2. And by the end of the show's run there will only be 7-8 different slips.

I'd be shocked if best buy did that again, doesn't make too much sense. I actually think the poll was around this time last year, so hopefully there wont be a poll.

If season 4 slips are another screw up I'll just wait for complete series boxset.

Haha! Well said.
Hopefully HBO revamps that joke of a "voting format" from last year!

If House Martell happens to be featured as a slip, that would definitely be the one I'd go for.

Oberyn was hands-down my favorite character of the season, if not the whole show.

I'm hoping for an Arryn cover for season 4 since we spent so much time at the Eyrie this season

Why do all the cool covers go only to BB? I hate BB and refuse to give them my money. So I have the standard covers for the first three seasons.

Just like any other exclusive, BB is paying to be the only "game in town". Clearly a good move on BB's part, as the slips sell out 2 years, plus 1 reprint year, running.

I sold my sets and I'm going to buy the 4-season UK set. Each season comes in its own 5-disc Amaray case. Works out to about $25 per season.

I would have preferred that HBO remain somewhat consistent with the designs for the season covers, but now that season 3 used a white background instead of the black of the first two seasons I suppose it doesn't matter too much that the current design for S4 doesn't match. I'm just going to shove a Best Buy exclusive set over it anyway.

So if HBO fires up the exclusive slipcover machine for S4 and S5, I'm thinking a nice display can be made with S1/S2 slips, then S3 Dragon statue in the middle, with S4/S5 exclusive slips.
Wishful thinking, and since I've posted it, the whole idea has been jinxed!

Packaging is part of the release so I don't see the big deal. Especially since we can't really talk about the technical aspects of it since it's not released yet.

He's sung that same old song in numerous threads, and gotten in trouble for it multiple times. It's best not to engage him.

Truthfully I don't know what family slipcover I'd rather pick up this year. The other three choices last year were Tyrell, Tully, and Fiery Stag by my recollection, but Tully doesn't make much sense for this season at all. Bolton would be a rather sinister slipcover but I doubt it gets the nod. If I had to choose I'd say Tyrell would be my choice but only Fiery Stag is a close second.
