One more question. Even though they all say Region B does that mean they are region b or do they just say that? I am looking at the Fox and the Hound one and it says Region B.

Don't go by what the Steelbook page says for the region code, look at the standard release. The Steelbook will be the same.

Most of them are region free - but a few of them are not. The ones I know for sure that ARE region B locked are Pinocchio and Jungle Book. The Zavvi site lists everything as region B but most of the Disney ones should be region free. As the guy above me posted, look at the standard release and if it is region free, the steelbook should be as well.

SB is B only. Just like SB in the USA is A only.

Your only wanting the case though right?

The Best Buy version is one of the best Disney steelbooks but this one is awesome. One of the best back artworks and best Disney steelbook so far this year.

Some of the Disney Steelbooks are getting new pressings, unless the rear artwork is incorrect. The Zavvi Bambi Steelbook shows it has 7.1 DTS HD MA, where the previous version and the US version were just DTS HD. The Pinocchio Steel shows it as ABC although the previous version was B locked. Since this should be a new pressing of Sleeping Beauty and it's being released at the same time as the US version I don't see why it would be locked. Just my opinion.

And I haven't opened my Bambi or Pinocchio steels yet, haven't fully made up my mind if I'm keeping my BB Pinocchio. I AM keeping my BB Sleeping Beauty though, and getting this one. It's my favorite classic Disney.

Zavvi Pinocchio is B locked although it says otherwise.

Pinocchio is B locked even though the back and the disc itself lists ABC.

Thanks for the confirmation guys! I'm region free anyway, but it looks like the US steel has the two blus while the UK only has the one. If I end up selling the US one I can import the uk two disc or wait for the inevitable rerelease. Also I think the US has the original mono, but the UK does not?

As for Sleeping Beauty it's already open, and like I mentioned earlier it's my favorite classic so I'll keep that one. I preordered this uk one because I also love this artwork and I'll pick up the North American release for the itunes copy, then turn around and sell that one. Or depending on features and specs I might swap them. Did that with Mary Poppins after I found out the UK one was DTS HD hr. Now I've got the US one in the UK steelbook.

That looks really cool! Shame I don't have the money to buy them all, I don't even like certain movies... the Lion Kong, Snow White and Sleepong Beauty are all on order though

This SteelBook looks pretty nice, much better choices for artwork than, say, The Lion King.

As with a couple of other Disney titles (Snow White & Tangled), this is now back up for pre-order:
