I dont know what's worse. The fact that someone was so lazy, and couldnt do a proper "copy and paste" on the image, or the fact that it wasnt noticed at all and then posted online. Thats embarrassing

We understand that to keep our customers happy we cannot afford another server issue.

We are still investigating an expected server problem from temporary high traffic volume.

We cannot be 100% sure that another server problem won't happen again with high traffic volume though. (ie, we couldn't take 8,000 customers clicking simultaneously)

So the Nova staff have decided to announce this important information for GoG pre-order.

If the server begins to struggle from high volume pre-order traffic, we will need to shut down the server and we will post another pre-order date in facebook as soon as possible

Please understand our situation and we will do our bests to prevent a server shut down today.

We hope all of you understand this announcement and that pre-order goes smoothly.

Not sure where i read it but some were saying that get your F5 key ready and that it is going to get a workout.
What does this do or how does it help when trying to place your order when it goes live? Could someone please explain for when i press my F5 key to try it out it seems to do nothing.

Does nova charge you now for preorders? or do they charge you the day it ships?

Is this your first time or what? When you join pre-order live, after placing an order which is adding your item(s) into your chart, eventually you've to check out and make a payment (PayPal preferred). So you'll be charged immediately after successfully placing an order

Actually its only my second time ordering from them but the first time was not a pre order that is why i ask... The first time was just add to cart as the item was already available. But thanks
