The white specks on the back are not missing paint, I didn't notice them when I took the pic and brushed them off afterwards.

Don't they have to make a border/frame if it's embossed? They should do away with those ugly frames, tbh. That clean, glossy look is better by far IMO.

I agree, the borders can be OK for some steelbooks, but in this case it would have messed up the artwork (unless they could start using the thin borders that viva used on their steelbooks.

Now if we were talking a debossed title, well then...

It'll be the same disc as previously released, so definitely Region free.

It's both cuts. As has been said, it's the same disc that is currently out.
