Thanks guido...looks like I'm going to have to have some coffee tonight, or wake up for it. I looked through the posts before me and someone mentioned 8pm, that is why I wasn't sure. 2-3am CST and work the same day getting up at 7:30am, combined with a head cold. I'm gonna be a zombie.

Zavvis post says 0900 but they normally go live a little bit before then.

EST 3am = London 8am

It's not wrong.

2 AM CST = 3 AM EST
+ 6 hrs ....... + 5 hrs

8 AM London = 8 AM London


Your time of 3-4 AM in EST is the same as 2-3AM in CST

that's what's been stated on the posts here.

It may be wrong from your standpoint in a different time-zone, but people were using CST as their base point so it's the same thing still
