I left them as possibilities in the OP because they haven't officially confirmed they're not happening. Personally, I can't see Transcendence happening at this point but Divergent definitely has the sequel appeal working for it. I'd like to see what Nova would come up with for it.

It's a slim chance (and completely unfounded hope of mine), but I keep hoping they can work it out with Warner behind-the-scenes like they did for Edge of Tomorrow. EoT was initially rejected too, and yet they still surprised us later with the lenti full slip.

This is really sucky news. I'm planning on either the Walmart Neo packaging or the Amazon.co.uk Digibook but was hoping for a super awesome Steelbook package. The FS one isn't half bad but was hoping it would get a great Asian release.

Wish someone would also do a cool edition of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Would buy that in a heartbeat.

Yeah I'm still holding out hope it could happen. Interstellar has a huge following, there's every reason to give it a great steel release with an awesome lenti or full slip. It would have been a Nova Choice (so ice planet) release but the worm hole would have been really cool as a lenti.

Yeah, maybe Blufans can. Surely it can't be harder than getting Disney steelbooks approved. I think I may just grab the FS one in the meantime. Didn't want to triple dip though. Definitely worthy of a double dip though!

Yeah, that's the trouble I'm having. I'm getting Best Buy (bonus content) and the Walmart Neo (love the artwork). Do I get the FS one because I completely believes it deserves a non-creepy steel? (I'm looking at you Target ) Or do I wait to see if one of the Asian retailers will come up with something awesome and original? I would give up the Neo in a heartbeat if I could get similar artwork in a steelbook.

Okay, so getting back on topic, I just want to say how awesome Nova Media's customer service has been with a recent issue I had. I had ordered 3 Drive Steelbooks from them. All sorts of stuff was arriving around Christmas and I only quickly opened and put to one side a lot of my steelbooks. I recently went to check what I had so I could maybe make some awesome trades. I noticed I only had 1 full and 1 lenti and was one missing....6 weeks after I'd received them. My box said there was 3 inside but it was tightly packed with the 2 plus the bubble wrap. No way 3 would have fitted. Searched the house upside down and inside out. No sign of it. So I messaged Nova asking if the 3rd one was supposed to have come in a separate package or did they just forget to send it with the other 2. Within 24 hours, no questions asked, they apologized and said they'd get me a copy sent out ASAP (not sure where from as this was sold out). Within 10 days, the package arrives with the other copy of Drive, and with a lower number than my other ones, LOL. Great service.

Warner tends to press special discs specifically for Best Buy exclusives, so they are often not on a separate a disc (like the EoT Best Buy exclusive). I'm a content person so I feel I have to get this even if the amaray isn't anything special. Oh well, I'll get two film cells this way.

Completely unrelated to the Avenger's news, but someone asked on Nova's Facebook if they had any plans for an American Sniper steelbook. The answer was "No". If we get one, it will have to be from Kimchi, Plain, or Blufans (if you don't like the Target one).

And...I just went the painstaking process of updating all the photo urls in the OP. Looks like when Nova added photos of the upcoming releases it changed the addresses to these (giving us the dreaded 's. I do not use an image hosting site but if anyone knows of a more stable way to link these photos I'm all ears. I would be sad to lose access to these for archival purposes.

The only one I don't think I've found a fresh link to is the Edge of Tomorrow Lenticular package.

I'd try out Imgur - it's easy to manage/insert them and no worry of images disappearing unless you delete them. I use it for photos and such, never had a problem with it.

Thanks I will look into it. It would be nice to keep the product images around since Nova eventually dumps them off their website. It would be cool if they had a *legacy* page of some sort but I guess this is why we need a thread here.
