I left off a bunch of these because Lionsgate re-issued a lot of them including Jersey Girl, From Dusk Till Dawn, The Faculty, Godzilla vs Biolante, etc. Which raises a question, if the same disc is put back in print with only a new cover/barcode like these were, do they count? I vote for no, just stuff that is not available at all, except for the secondary market. Otherwise it could get silly with all the old Touchstone stuff reissued from Lionsgate (with same UPC's) and other things of that nature.

Universal's Eddie Murphy Nutty Professor 1996 seems the same way, this one had a Universal's 100th Anniversary slipcover in addition to a regular blu non slipcover version

Can anyone else confirm both of these as OOP?
Not sure about Nutty, but Dogma is 100% OOP in North America at least. Not sure about overseas, but US and Canada are gone.

These things are tough to say. The Disney/Buena Vista BD of Becoming Jane is superior to the re-release that crams that movie and another one on one disc.

I just had an idea. Can you put an asterisk on titles that have been re-issued, esp. the Echo Bridge list? Or maybe put em in a different color or font? Then we have the best of both worlds and know what is truly gone, vs what is just an old version gone, but still easy to get as re-issue.

I'll do it if you list the titles that have been re-released.

Yeah. Retailer exclusives really need their own list. They would quickly overwhelm this one and render it useless.

That's a different ballgame than the Lionsgate re-issues though. Anything that is different in some way of content should be included IMO, including different scans like EB was notorious for.

Which leads me to think of Replacement Killers and Hollowman. I think the solo releases are OOP when the Mill Creek double features hit with them.
Also Hostel 1 and 2 from Sony are OOP.

Agreed. Or don't even include them. If you are listing movies that you can still buy, just with a different logo at the bottom, as you can see from the DVD Aff. link I included, there are hundreds. I would stick to only including releases that are actually OOP. If the movie re-released has a different transfer, or extra then include it, other wise it doesn't need to be on the list.

Agreed as well, that would easily add hundreds to the list, which would make it impossible to go through when wondering what movies are actually OOP.

If you keep Halloween on the list, then you might as well add every Collector's Edition Scream Factory has ever released, as they at one point all came with limited edition posters. Personally, I would just leave it off as it may confuse people.

Those are FUBAR as well. Sony released "extended" or "unrated" cuts on BD, but Mill Creek released the theatrical cuts.

Fair enough. Then you might as well add all of these. There's about 300 titles excluding the store exclusives.
