American Sniper has grossed more than $300 mil in the US, or more than double Lucy. This one is going to sell much faster than Lucy.

Wow, Target's really pushing out these exclusive steelbooks! More so than Best Buy, much competition. I haven't seen this yet but heard it was great and I love Clint Eastwood's movies. Blind buy for me.

My thoughts exactly. It is all speculation but I see this having Fury type run numbers which means this will sell out SUPER fast.

Yeah but Lucy's cover art couldn't save it from everyone's opinion of it.

Exactly, just because it has a hot chick on it doesn't mean it will make the steelbook fly off the shelves considering the movie was just OK.

I come in here and there is cleavage everywhere. It's like a convoy of strippers hit an IED.

I'm just worried they will slap something along the lines of Nominated for x amount of Academy Awards on it.

Yes, since it's a better movie than Lucy was and being based on a true story won't hurt either. Why shouldn't he look depressed on the cover? It's not as if the movie was about good times and balloon animals.

Two totally different movie genres though. Why that horrendous cover in the first place when they had these which were much fancier:

EDIT: Honestly I see people going for the regular version for the mere reason that its using that fancy theatrical poster with the flag.

I feel this movie was robbed at the Academy's. Although I feel that Michael Keaton should have got Best Actor.

I'm not saying there aren't better choices they could've used. I was just defending the somber/depressed tone of Cooper on the current art. It definitely fits with the movie. I would also be happy with either of the ones in your post.
