Sure, nicely done, I'll give it that.
I remember I liked the T-Rexes.

But the scenes I remember most were the ridiculous Sauropod stampede scene and Kong figure skating in New York

Opening act should have been cut by about 20 min. I'll agree to that with the swiftness.

Stampede scene was preposterous. Fully agree.

Also, Jack Black is not the strongest choice imo.

However, as soon as Kong enters the scene, I think the awesomeness of the other elements of this movie outweigh all 3 of the above points.

lol..me to..wanted to throw something at the screen when the skating scene came on. As for the T-Rex fight...thought it was way over the top...3 T-Rexes!! Loved Kong...he looked fantastic & he and Naomi had great chemistry. My fantasy ending has Naomi pushing Adrian Brody off the Emipire State building

For me it's the other way around.
As awesome as he was, imo Kong could not save this three hour tour the stupid.

When I saw King Kong steelbook, my initial thought was please let it be one of the good ones. But no, it had to be the Jackson version.
