I just noticed the prices of these have changed since I ordered them too, INSPECTOR is now $20.49 and ANT/AARDVARK is $15.99 (same for CRAZYLEGS CRANE), so I would still be charged this lower price right?

Its still showing up at the higher price on my "Ordered" page

Yeah, no way was I going to bite at the original preorder price but after the drop I'm much more interested.

The only question is which of these I'll get. The Inspector is the only one of the three I enjoyed enough to get on DVD, but I may have to give Ant and Aardvark another shot (can't recall having seen Crazylegs Crane).

Exactly. Those would even be decent prices for a Kino title that's been out a while.

Yeah, it should adjust automatically. If you're really concerned, you could always cancel and re-order, plenty of time till release.

I'd love to see -

Spider-Man (1967 TV series)
The New Adventures of Pinocchio (TV series)
Tales of The Wizard of Oz (TV series)
H.R. Pufnstuf
The Banana Splits (Adventure Hour)

and I would love if a company released the complete - CBS Children's Film Festival

First review for The Ant and The Aardvark! The bad news The Ant and The Aardvark, Never Bug an Ant, Don't Hussle an Ant with Muscle, and Scratch a Tiger still have laugh tracks.

Well, not so bad news to me, since I originally saw this series (and the Inspector) with laugh tracks from what I remember.
The image looks decent enough but I'm looking forward to seeing it in motion.

The thing that bugs me a bit is this:
Quote:
"Don't Hustle an Ant With Muscle" is especially strange since the track only appears on the LEFT channel with the original audio staying centered.
Maybe this is an encoding issue?
I just checked the DVD and it doesn't have this problem.

By the way, here's a comparison of DVD to Bluray:

If it's on the Blu-ray, then it's the same for DVD.

The Inspector Blu-ray.com review!!!:
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-I...133755/#Review

Bad news; Napoleon Blown-Aparte and Ape Suzette still have laugh tracks. The good news; Sicque! Sicque! Sicque! and Bomb Voyage are now laugh track free!

UPDATE 4/5: Turns out the reviewer made a mistake; those shorts still have laugh tracks. Back to square one, folks.

Also, a DVDTalk review for Crazy Legs Crane:

I hope the release of these cartoons (Inspector and Ant and Aardvark) mean the PP cartoons are not far behind

That's what I hope for too. But again, those are going to be through MGM only (once that big film and cartoon box set come to fruition).

Sadly, no. One thing's for sure, Kino has confirmed a while back that MGM now has full control to The Return of The Pink Panther (meaning, they regained home video rights!).

While I'm here, Mark Arnold commented on a Facebook post revealing the remaining 2 waves of the collection:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/1472...0139225139397/

"Next batch is supposed to be Blue Racer and Hoot Kloot; final batch is supposed to be Dogfather and Misterjaw."

Anybody else receive their pre-orders from Amazon ? I pre-ordered when announced and got both my titles today (A&A, Inspector) but neither had slips. So slips for these KL cartoons must be in very short supply ?
